Responsibilities

• Cut long interviews into
  viral, story-driven short clips
• Find the strongest moments: hooks, conflict, punchlines, value, emotion
• Build a clear narrative (hook → context → payoff)
• Clean pacing, captions, and tight edits with attention to detail

• Strong story instincts + attention to detail
• Proven short-form editing examples
