Responsibilities:

• Review long-form video content to identify compelling gold nugget moments for short-form edits.
• Edit short-form videos optimized for engagement, watch time, and platform performance.
• Ensure consistent branding, pacing, and quality across all video content.
• Support regular content output and syndication across multiple social media platforms.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices for short-form video content
• Collaborate with the team to maximize the impact of repurposed content.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Proven experience in video editing for social media, especially short-form content.
• Strong proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
