Shovel Operator (CMS Concrete Products Sdn Bhd – Tanjung Bako & Sejingkat Plant, Kuching)

Responsibilities

• To operate shovel for ready mix industry;
• To ensure all aggregate storage bins are topped up to full at all times;
• To ensure the different aggregates are topped up in the correct storage bin;
• To adhere to the operating procedure of the shovel as per the operating manual;
• To record operating hours accurately in the maintenance logbook;
• To clean and maintain the shovel in good condition at all times;
• To record tyre changes in the maintenance log book;
• Daily checking of the machine before operations, engine oil, cooling water, hydraulic oil, transmission oil, tyre greasing etc.
• Schedule for machine maintenance.

Requirements

• SPM or equivalent;
• Must have relevant license to operate the machine;
• Able to communicate and have the right attitude;
• Have knowledge in general servicing;
• Computer knowledge.
