Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet and engage customers as they enter the showroom, providing a welcoming and helpful atmosphere. Answer the phone and emails in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products and services offered, including features, pricing, and availability. Be up to date on industry trends and competitor products, knowledge of pricing and ability to provide quotes.
• Assist customers in curating a selection of products that meet their needs, answering questions, and providing recommendations or alternative options.
