Job Description

Context and purpose


You will join our sales department, specifically the Showroom Team, and you will be an essential support for the team in the organization and management of the sales campaign, ensuring the showroom is always tidy and that activities run as smoothly as possible. You will get the chance to meet important clients and assist them with their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Back office management and support in organizing daily office activities

  • Assistance in scheduling client appointments, managing orders and handling samples

  • Support in reporting activities

    • Requirements

  • Degree

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

  • Fluency in both Italian and English

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Knowledge of any additional language is considered a plus
