This role focuses on bathroom showroom sales , helping customers design and purchase products while delivering excellent service from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries from start to finish
• Meet customers in the showroom, on site, or in their home
• Design and coordinate bathroom sales projects
• Provide expert advice on products and solutions
• Prepare and follow up on quotes quickly and accurately
• Drive sales using upselling and linked selling techniques
• Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience
