Showroom Executive

Zuria Dor is looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Showroom Executive to manage day-to-day showroom operations and deliver an exceptional brand experience to our clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in fashion retail, strong communication skills, and a passion for luxury fashion.
Key Responsibilities
● Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium in-store experience
● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable designs and products
● Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
● Maintain showroom appearance, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
● Handle billing, cash/card payments, and basic POS operations
● Manage customer follow-ups, order tracking, and delivery coordination
● Maintain accurate sales records and inventory updates
● Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally
● Coordinate with the design and warehouse teams when required
