Showtime Safety & Compliance Facilitator

Be a pivotal part of the Shambhala Music Festival as the Showtime Safety & Compliance Facilitator! This full-time role focuses on safety protocols and risk management from June 22 to July 31 near Salmo, BC.
In this temporary role, you'll oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs while fostering a strong safety culture for crew, artists, and guests. You'll implement safety protocols, monitor compliance, and manage risk assessments to ensure a seamless festival experience. Your expertise in first aid and leadership will enhance overall safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
