Sight Development Staff

The Sight Development Staff is responsible for assisting in site acquisition, site validation, documentation, and coordination to support company expansion and development projects. This role ensures that potential sites meet operational, legal, and business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or related field
• With experience in site acquisition, property development, or similar role (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledgeable in documentation and government permitting processes
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel when necessary
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
