Signal Integrity Engineer

We are seeking a Signal Integrity Engineer to perform signal and power integrity analysis at the package level. The successful candidate will apply electromagnetic theory and simulation techniques to ensure optimized package designs that meet signal and power integrity performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform signal integrity (SI) and power delivery (PI) analysis for high-speed interfaces
• Support electrical engineers by conducting signal and power simulations throughout the package design cycle
• Analyze electrical results including S-parameters, IR drop, loop inductance, and related metrics
• Provide design recommendations based on simulation results
• Prepare and present clear technical reports and documentation
• Utilize industry-standard simulation tools such as:
• ANSYS 3D Layout
• ANSYS Q3D
• Cadence PowerDC
• Cadence Power SI
