RESPONSIBILITIES
: As Signal Integrity Engineering Manager for our OverPass Business Unit, you'll lead a dynamic team designing copper-based I/O cable assemblies for high-bandwidth applications—supporting data rates up to 448 Gbps/lane. This role blends technical depth with team leadership and customer engagement across next-gen cloud, data center, 5G, and enterprise markets.
Guide a team of signal integrity engineers developing advanced OverPass systems.
Communicating and working with customers and internal product managers to understand product requirements/performance specifications and convert those into new product designs, production tooling, manufacturing processes, qualification testing, and the transfer to volume production sites.
