Signal Technician

Job Description

**How will you make a difference?**

As a member of Wabtec Control Systems this role will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing signalling systems to ensure the safe and efficient operation of customer and client rail networks.

**What will your typical day look like?**

+ Install, test, and commission signalling equipment including track circuits, point machines, signals, and train control systems.
+ Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the integrity and reliability of signalling infrastructure.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in signalling systems, utilising technical expertise and diagnostic tools to identify and rectify issues promptly.
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to implement signalling upgrades and modifications, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
