Technical lead for Customer Services (CS) Rail Infrastructures (RI).
Conducts RI systems offsite and onsite fault investigation, defect troubleshooting, trend and analysis, continuous improvement and/or rectification on RI systems installed bases in Singapore and ASEAN.
Support CS Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Managers in the management of Long-Term Services Support (LTSS) contract with customers.
