Simulator Product Lead

We are seeking an experienced Air Traffic Control (ATC) Simulator Product Lead to manage the development, enhancement, and lifecycle of advanced ATC simulation systems. The role involves leading cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑fidelity simulation solutions for controller training, operational evaluation, research, and airspace validation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, ATC simulation domain knowledge, and experience in managing complex software and systems integration projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Aviation, or a related field;
• Must have 5+ years of experience in simulation systems, aviation systems, or ATC‑related technologies;
• Proven experience leading software or systems engineering teams in complex technical environments;
• Strong knowledge of ATC operations, radar systems, aviation communications, or controller training systems;
