Singapore After Sales Support Specialist

(m/f/d) Your mission We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused After Sales Support Specialist (Field & Enablement) to represent Stratio in Singapore. This role combines hands-on technical field and troubleshooting work, customer training and enablement. You will ensure Stratio solutions are correctly installed and maintained, while also helping customer teams adopt and gain maximum value from Stratio's technology. You will be the local first point of contact, reporting to and collaborating closely with our Implementation team based in Portugal. We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and self-sufficient, available to ensure occasional overlap for alignment calls. You will be working in the field with vehicles and electronic systems, while also being capable of training and supporting customer teams.
