• Qualifications - Example: Possess Degree in Business Administration.
• Experience - Example: At least 5 years of relevant experience in reception work. You should also have working knowledge on operating telephone system.
• Job (Technical/ Functional) competencies - Example: Proficiency in telephone skills, MS office skills.
• Language - Example: Ability to read/write Chinese will be an added advantage as this position requires to communicate with our China counterparts.
• Person (Behavioral) competencies - Example: Possess good communication skills, organisational skills, independence, meticulous, pleasant personality.
