Eltoma (Singapore) Pte Ltd is acting as a registered filing agent with ACRA. International clients of Eltoma (Singapore) Pte Ltd are required a director for their Singapore companies in order to satisfy statutory requirements of the Singapore Company Act.A director will not be involved in the international clients’ businesses. This role is simply to satisfy Singapore compliance requirements.
