Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Singapore Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and Employment Pass (EP) administration for the Singapore market. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements, CPF contributions, and MOM regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management (Singapore)

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Singapore employees
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
• Handle CPF contributions and statutory submissions
• Prepare and submit IR8A, IR21, and other tax-related documentation
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations
• Coordinate with finance team for payroll reconciliation
