Job Description

• Prepares food for back-up.
• Cooks the food according to approved recipes and procedures.
• Complies with Food Safety and Sanitation Standards.
• Conducts inventory.
• Ensures enough par stock level.
• Prepares requisition for items with low par stock level.
• Accepts / rejects deliveries.
• Carries out plating and garnishing before food is dispatched.
• Ensures kitchen wares and tools are clean before and after use.

Minimum Qualifications

• Finished at least 2 years in college or completed a vocational course.
• Experience in food service as a Kitchen Helper or Line Cook (saute, grill and fry).
• Experience in knowledge in MS Office is preferred.
• Has knowledge in customer service, food handling, safety, and sanitation.
• Willing to work in shifts, render overtime and is a team player.
• Team player, honest, responsible, and reliable.
