                    Responsibilities  Lead a diverse team of engineers, designers, and product managers 
Define and communicate the product vision, success metrics, and long-term roadmap 
Act as the primary decision-maker for resource allocation to drive revenue and profitability 
Ensure high-velocity delivery with minimal dependencies and top-tier platform reliability 
Manage the full product lifecycle from initial discovery to launch and iteration 
 Requirements  Proven experience leading a product from concept to measurable business success 
Expertise in cross-functional leadership, guiding both product and engineering stakeholders 
Ability to make critical decisions and provide clear written communication under ambiguity 
Data-driven mindset with comfort using KPIs and OKRs to prioritize work
