**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:**
+ The SIOP Manager supports the Sales Inventory Operations & Planning process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and inventory strategies. This role is critical for maintaining optimal stock levels, meeting customer delivery performance targets, and supporting global logistics initiatives.
+ **Demand & Supply Planning**
+ Ownership of the SIOP process and ensure timely completion of supply review inputs and outputs.
+ Manage a growing team of Demand Planners.
+ Lead demand management through forecast reviews and ERP updates.
+ Create and provide requirements for factories and third-party suppliers.
