The
Site Acquisition Officer
is responsible for providing support to the Real Estate Manager/Head in the overall business development in the Business Units by ensuring best site selection and acquisition, location leadership and trade area dominance.

• Site mapping
• Site Assessment
• Site Sourcing
• Site Negotiation
• Site Documentation
• LESSOR Relationship Management

Job Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree in any Management, Marketing, or Engineering course.
• At least 3-5 years experience in related field with extensive knowledge in real estate, retail, commercial, oil and fuel and restaurant site acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills is a must.
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of all areas in Network Development.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork and report to the office in Cebu once per week.
