Site Acquisition (SAQ) Officer/Team Lead

Job Description:

• Prepare and submit Letter of Intent to proposed sites.
• Process and secure access permits for site surveys and site implementation.
• Present and secure approval for the proposed implementation plan to the building administrator/engineering/owner.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and the property owners.
• Negotiate the commercial terms with the property owners and assure that rates are within the client's approved matrix.
• Secure all the necessary documents required such as Installation Plan, MOC and NTP (approved by client and property owner) and property documents.
• Ensure that works are completed on time, SAQ costs are within budget and accepted quality metrics.
• Participate in the department meetings, provides daily and weekly progress reports.
• Utilizes approved forms and SAQ management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness. <...
