Selectek has a Site Acquisition Specialist (UNY/NE Market) to be responsible for candidate selection, lease negotiations, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting.



Required:

3-5 years of related experience

Must have previous ETTCS experience for the project.

Have the ability to report site by site status with the Customer directly in representing the project.

Experience with new site builds (search rings)

Able to forecast and understand SAQ processes left to right for new builds and modification projects.

Experience with high volume, fast-paced modification projects.

Able to understand and manage tower owner applications and processes.
