Job Description
I. JOB OVERVIEW
The Site Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational activities on-site, ensuring efficient property management implementation, tenant/contractor/locator relations, compliance enforcement, vendor coordination, and fleet/vessel/asset/equipment supervision. Serving as the on-ground representative of the PM Head, this role ensures seamless estate operations, upkeep of assets and equipment, and a responsive site presence.
II. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Site Operations and Administrative Oversight
Set up and implement site administrative policies and estate guidelines under the direction of the PM Head.
Plan and build up the on-site administrative organization, ensuring proper staffing and workflows.
Manage all office documentation, permits, communications, inventory, and visitor access.
