Site Administrator

MetCap Living Management Inc. is one of the largest private third-party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. We are a growth-oriented company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario, and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick.

We're in search of a Site Administrator (1 open position) for one of our properties in Kingston.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
• Excellent computer skills - particularly in Word, Excel, and E-mail
• Strong administrative skills and energy in this fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and procedure
• Ability to deal with diverse groups of tenants
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
