Site Agent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Agent based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time temporary basis. 

Summary of the Site Agent role 

Salary: £15 per hour 
Location: Bedford 
Type of Contract: Temp  
Hours: Full time 

Responsibilities of the Site Agent

Maintain security of premises
 Operate alarm systems where appropriate and undertake any testing
 Respond to alarm call outs
Assist with minor/simple repairs
Undertake emergency cleaning duties
Undertake activities to maintain a safe and clean external environment
Supervision of the cleaning team
Basic record keeping and complete health and safety records
Maintain and arrange storage of supplies
Assist with organisation and movement of furniture
Supervise contractors whilst on site
Requirements for a successful Site Agent

Basic DBS or enhanced DBS preferred
