  Overview 
  Hire Resolve’s client in the Construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Site Agent in Johannesburg. 
  Responsibilities: 
 Sets and maintains production targets and operates within prescribed cost budgets.
 Co-ordinates and controls the activities of site staff and agrees on quality standards set out in the contract.
 Liaises with clients’ site staff and agrees on quantities, program, etc.
 Submits monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates.
 Sets and maintains work sequences and construction programs.
 Ensures that the site meets the relevant safety standards.
 Ensures the site is run productively, with all staff/labour knowing their tasks and required quality standards.
 Controls cost and revenue effectiveness.
 Produces the correct quality and draws up a quality plan.
