Site Agent

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Site Agent / Senior Site Supervisor to join our construction team for overseeing our landed or high-rise buildings.

Working Location: Southern Johor area(s) — Kulai, Gelang Patah, Impian Emas, Austin, Masai, etc.

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Six Working Days)

Job description:

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcon to facilitate effective communication and ensure project requirements are met.
• Lead, guide and train site supervisors to higher levels of competency and responsibility.
• Ensure the adherence to quality standards by monitoring processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Checking technical drawings to identify and address any discrepancies or potential issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
