Job Description

Due to continued growth, Measured Ability Outsourcing Group is a leading Temporary Employment Services agency, looking to employ a permanent Site Agent

Job Duties:


  • Basic site inductions and safety briefings.

  • Assessing and managing occupational health and safety hazards.

  • Ensuring appropriate site rules are in place.

  • Equip employees with correct PPE.

  • Assist with coordination of staff on site.

  • Sound knowledge of labour-related HR/IR processes

  • Maintain client satisfaction.

  • Closely working with payroll data.

  • Ensure employee shifts are being filled.

  • Focus on productivity on site.

  • Well-organized.

  • The ability to mediate to resolve issues, including involvement in disciplinary action.

  • An understanding of legal responsibilities.


Minimum Requirements:


  • A Minimum of 2 Years working experience...
