Site Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Conduct regular inspections and monitor daily site progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal design teams for timely issue resolution.
• Validate materials, finishes, and workmanship prior to installation.
• Prepare technical reports, punch lists, variation logs, and progress documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, design accuracy, and project timelines.
• Address site issues promptly and escalate critical concerns when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Preferably Licensed Architect.
• Minimum 3-5 years of site architectural experience in real estate, commercial, or high-rise projects.
