Site Architect

Job Purpose:


Ensure proper quality and scheduling of the concrete prefab houses construction.





Job Duties:



-Quality control over the site works.

-Identify site problems and coordinate with the different parties to solve it.

-Use Microsoft project to prepare a schedule for the project tasks

-Follow up the schedule of the procurement and site activities.

-Update the schedule on a weekly basis and send the report to the clients.





Requirements:



-Extensive knowledge in all finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminum works, wood works…

-Should be an expert in AutoCAD and excel

-Should have good knowledge of scheduling software's such as Primavera or Microsoft projects.
