Site Architect

E&R Builders and Management Services, Inc. (ERBMSI) is a company specializing in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying (QS) with Engineering and Design Consultancy Services in all construction related works which provide total engineering solutions and proactive hands-on approach to manage projects, infrastructure real estate developments and different facilities.

Currently looking for a Site Architect

• Licensed Architect for at least 5 years
• With a minimum of 5 years experience in architectural works supervision and construction management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• At least 1 similar high-rise corporate, commercial, or mixed-use project

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• high-rise project: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Architect License (Required)
