Site Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Architect to oversee the design implementation, contract administration, and on-site execution of building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that architectural works are delivered in accordance with approved plans, quality standards, timelines, and sustainability objectives.

Qualifications:

• Must be a duly licensed Architect
• With at least ten (10) years of experience in:
• Architectural design
• Contract administration
• Project management for buildings or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in Value Engineering / Value Analysis (VE/VA)
• Preferably with experience in green building design and sustainability standards
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills
