Job Summary

• Supervises the implementation of architectural works of the project.

Brief Job Description

• Coordinates with the Project Team on the technical details of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, and fire protection works of the project.
• Supervises the preparation of body plans, wall setting-out plans, shop drawings, as built drawings, and all other plans and drawings assigned to the department.

Educational Attainment

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Preferably licensed

Work Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in construction or real estate industry
