ARCHITECT

• Candidate must possess Professional License in Architecture
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field in supervisory of managerial capacity.
• Preferably specialized in Architecture for Fit Outs/Interior Design or equivalent.

· Develop and lead a team of designers to develop client solutions and solve complex problems.
Interface with clients to ensure a smooth project delivery from inception to closure.

· Establish and maintain a high level of trust between the project team, client and other project stakeholders.

· Mentor and coach subordinates to enhance skill-building and teamwork.

· Collaborate with subcontractors to share design and construction expertise in order to create inventive, well-crafted environments.

· Compose and coordinate sets of deliverables through all phases of projects; for client review, cost estimation, and permit requirements per local jurisdiction.
