• Conduct thorough reviews and rigorous monitoring of all architectural submissions and construction-related deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and design intent
• Provide authoritative leadership and expert mentorship to architectural team members, fostering a culture of excellence, professional development, and continuous improvement
