Site Architect

The Site Architect is responsible for overseeing architectural works at the project site, ensuring that construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role coordinates closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure proper implementation of design intent.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect or Not Licensed.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or construction.
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, detailing, and finishing works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
