Site Assessment Lead Engineer

Site Assessment Lead / On-site Data Center Consultant (Onsite 1 month) • Conduct on-site walkthroughs, inspections, and stakeholder interviews at both sites. • Capture as-is conditions for power, cooling, space, cabling, fire safety, and security. • Develop detailed inventory: criticality, end-of-life, constraints, and observed failure points. • Gather measurements and evidence (photos, marked layouts) for the Site Survey Report. • Validate operational workflows and pain points with facilities/NOC/infra teams. • Coordinate access, permits, and safe inspection practices on live facilities. • Feed accurate field data to design teams (Revit/CAD, load models, gap matrices). • Identify immediate risks and quick-win recommendations without disrupting operations. • Support constructability considerations for expansion within active buildings. • Maintain daily coordination with PM and offshore engineering leads for clarifications. • Ensure assessment checklists reflect Tier/TIA/NFPA/NG require...
