Job Description

  1. Actively engage mall walk-in customers and clinic patients to promote clinic services and packages
  2. Upsell diagnostic tests, medical packages, wellness programs, and promotional offers
  3. Assist the Site Business Manager in achieving site sales and revenue targets
  4. Provide accurate information about clinic services, pricing, and procedures
  5. Coordinate with front desk, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  6. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and basic complaints professionally
  7. Support on-site marketing activities, mall promotions, and special events
  8. Assist in client registration, appointment scheduling, and service endorsement
  9. Maintain daily sales logs, referrals, and upselling records
  10. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
  11. Observe patient confidentiality and data privacy at all times
