Overview

• Assist Project Manager/Director in all aspects of works.
• Monitor and review master construction program and preparation of catch-up program, if applicable.
• Monitor and supervise the foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.
• Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Responsible for all Construction site matters including Safety, Quality and Productivity
• Attend all site's meeting on work progression
• To submit the progress claim on every month.

• 4 years working experience in Construction
