本ポジションは、光工場を中心としたGMS（Global Manufacturing & Supply）およびGQ（Global Quality）のコミュニケーションをリードし、組織文化の醸成とレピュテーション向上を推進する役割です。



グローバルに展開する製薬企業である武田において、光工場およびGMSGQジャパンの価値を社内外に発信し、「ベストインクラス」の組織づくりに直接貢献できる非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。



経営層（サイトリーダーシップチーム）と密接に連携しながら、社内コミュニケーション戦略の策定・実行、危機対応（クライシスコミュニケーション）、メディア対応、デジタルツールを活用した情報発信など、幅広い業務を担当いただきます。グローバルおよび日本国内のコミュニケーションチームと連携しながら、多文化・多拠点の環境でキャリアを築くことができます。
