Site Design Manager

Overview

The role requires a candidate with experience in managing the Data Centre design to meet reliability and availability requirement, efficiency & sustainability benchmark (PUE & WUE), international best practices, regulatory requirement, safety in design, cost target and speed to market.

Responsibilities

• Complete multiple projects in parallel (both greenfield and fit out), within budget and program. The project will span across regional metros.
• Develop design brief & key metrics to ensure consistency in design quality and requirements. Hold consultant and professional team accountable for meeting the project design intent and deliverables.
• Manage a consortium of consultants and professional team including but not limited to town planner, architect, civil & structural engineer, mechanical and electrical engineer, environmental consultant, LEED consultant, and geotechnical engineer.
