• Strong mapping skills and good interpersonal skills
• Identify Market Trade Areas for Lawson Philippines, Inc.'s Expansion
• Select and Analyze Sites and Locations
• Negotiate with Landlord for rent, lease, and other terms condition
• Prepares Site presentation report to the top management
• Bachelor's degree graduate of any program
