Site Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verifies if work implementation is according to plan and specification;
• Quality assurance/control – reviews/checks report;
• Conducts QC inspection and prepare reports;
• Prepares submittals, hand over and punch list;
• Prepares order lists for rebar to suppliers, monitors rebar stockpile at site and staging area;
• Prepares weekly progress report for the owner with regards to OSM cement and OSM Rebar;
• Reviews qualities and estimates;
• Evaluates cost proposals, billings and accomplishments of sub-contractors;
• Identifies balance of works to ensure compliance to target;
• Checks, reviews and evaluates of work schedule (target vs. actual);
• Disseminates information to concerned supervisors with balance work and punch lists; and
• Ensures timely handling of enough resources for activities with high quality of execution and within the budget level.
