Site Engineer - Civil & Mech

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute all civil works at the solar project site. Manage land development, levelling, grading, and site preparation. Execute MMS foundation work and MMS structure installation. Oversee Inverter Control Room (ICR) civil construction and finishing. Supervise Admin/Office building construction and internal works. Monitor foundations for inverter skid, transformers, and pedestals. Supervise drainage, cable trenching, and boundary/fencing works. Ensure execution strictly as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications. Conduct civil quality checks and site tests (slump, cube, compaction). Prepare DPR, measurement sheets, QA/QC records, and maintain checklists. Support the Electrical In-charge for cable routing and equipment installation readiness.
