- Able to understand the construction regular standard
- Can check the method, shop drawing and approval for the Sub-contractor
- Can make a master and detail schedule and a supervisor-sub-contractor to meet the schedule
- Meeting with Clients and got information and a schedule for the supervisor
- Have skills for supervisor work on the site.
- Cooperate with other parties like ME, QS, design, and structure to combine the systems and site works
- Can make QC document (material inspection, installation inspection, Manual and Operation, RC inspection)
- Make daily and weekly reports
- Can survey and make an additional quote for maintenance work
- Make method design, installation detail and standard for installation
- Check and proposal equipment and manufacturer
- Check combined Civil & M&E systems
- Inspection with company, Owner and make a defect list for repair
- Training for the Owner ...
