Site Engineer (f/m/d)

Your role

Includes on-call responsibilities, risk mitigation, and driving site energy efficiency and process improvement. Additionally, you will provide leadership to on-site teams, offer mentoring and training to junior staff, and act as the link between cross‑functional departments including customer service, security, and third-party providers. Through technical expertise and structured documentation, you will actively support Zurich site performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mission‑critical operations and maintenance of large-scale electrotechnical and/or mechanical systems
• Completed technical training or degree (., Bachelor's in Engineering or certified high level technical education)
• Proficient in troubleshooting, test and measurement equipment, and routine infrastructure surveillance
