Site Engineer (Housing)

Responsibilities:

• Oversees construction work from initiation through handover,
• Performs daily site inspections
• Coordinates materials and equipment
• Delivers technical guidance, prepares inspection and completion report
• Manages warranty inspections and provide corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 2 years work experience into Housing Construction, Residential Development, Housing Development, Residential Housing Project, Residential Community or Residential Estate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Willing and able to travel to any sites - Marikina and Rizal Areas
