About the role
Here in Aura Southprime Developers, Inc., a Site Engineer plays a crucial role in the successful execution of real estate development projects by acting as the bridge between design, planning, and on-ground implementation. Their contributions directly impact the quality, timeline, and overall delivery of the project.
What you'll do
Act as the main technical adviser on the construction site for mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and sanitary subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects.
Assess proposals against plans, design, and actual conditions prior to submitting proposals to cost engineers.
Oversee the construction/completion of assigned units per trade.
